- SBSA teams up with I Love A Clean San Diego and The Solana Beach Lifeguard Association to organize Solana Beach cleanup.

- The SBSA is sponsors the new and improved SBLA Surf Conditions Boards. Now displayed at the lifeguard headquarters, and on the towers thi summer.
